Hmmm! It seems unlikely to me. Your body contains about 100 trillion trillion atoms. To shrink you to molecular size would require shrinking each of the atoms in your body to sizes that are 10 billion times smaller than a typical un-shrunk atom. Moreover, as Savannah stated, breathing in a huge molecule of, say, oxygen would be a tad problematic. The science fiction thing I would like us to be able to do is traveling at many times the speed of light so that we could explore the galaxy in a reasonable amount of time. There is at least one solution of Einstein’s equations that show how this can be done, but it requires technology that doesn’t exist that can create and concentrate vast amounts of negative energy. The solution was constructed by the physicist Alcubierre.

No.
The problem is that atoms inside us cannot be shrunk. Think of our bodies as of a construction toy made of plastic blocks. Can you squeeze them? Nope. The only way to make us smaller is to remove atoms, or plastic blocks in the example. But then that wouldn’t be us anymore, or perfectly functioning as a living being at least.
